Stocks to Watch: Virgin Orbit, Hexo, Brookdale Senior Living, Kalera

Virgin Orbit Holdings Inc. on Monday said it received a delisting notice from the Nasdaq on the back of its chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Shares of the satellite-launch venture dropped 18% to 14 cents in after-hours trading.

 

Hexo Corp. said it is selling itself to Tilray Brands Inc. for $1.25 a share. Stock in the cannabis products maker dropped 23% to $1.26 in after-hours trading.

 

Brookdale Senior Living Inc. raised its earnings guidance for the first quarter. Shares of the operator of senior living communities rose 9.1% to $3.25 in after-hours trading.

 

Kalera PLC reported a Nasdaq delisting determination that it doesn't expect to appeal at this time. Shares of the vertical farming company plunged 29% to $1.93 in after-hours trading.
