Trading of the company's ADSs will be immediately suspended. The decision to delist was made by NYSE Regulation due to the company's failure to file annual reports and current reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission.  Cloopen Group notified the NYSE that it won't be able to complete the required filings by May 17, 2023. The company has the right to request a review of this determination by a Committee of the Exchange's Board of Directors. After completing all necessary procedures, including any appeals, the NYSE will seek approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission for the official delisting of the ADSs.
