Owl Rock Capital Changes Name and Ticker Symbol

Owl Rock Capital said Thursday it will change its name to Blue Owl Capital, and will also change its ticker symbol.

The company's ticker symbol on the New York Stock Exchange will change to OBDC from ORCC.

Owl Rock Capital, an indirect affiliate of Blue Owl Capital, said the name change is part of a broader initiative to have one Blue Owl brand.

The company's website will also change, from www.owlrockcapitalcorporation.com to www.blueowlcapitalcorporation.com.

The changes will be effective July 6, the company said.
