Vahanna Tech Edge Acquisition, Roadzen Merger Timeline Delayed Again

Vahanna Tech Edge Acquisition I Corp. said the deadline to extend its business combination with Roadzen has been delayed by a month.

The New York-based blank-check company said it now has until Sept. 26 to consummate a merger with the technology infrastructure firm.

This is the fourth extension Vahanna has gained since announcing the proposed merger in February. The original deadline was sometime in the second quarter.
