Syndax Pharmaceuticals rallies ahead of expected update on leukemia treatment

Here are the biggest movers ahead of Monday's market open:

Stock gainers:

Syndax Pharmaceuticals Inc. $(SNDX)$ rose 19% in premarket trading. The clinical stage biopharmaceutical company said late Friday that it would release topline results from its trial of Revumenib to treat certain forms of leukemia.

AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc. shares $(AMC)$ rose 2%. Variety reported over the weekend that the makers of a concert film of Beyoncé's "Renaissance World Tour" are in advanced talked to distribute the film directly through AMC, following its deal to distribute the concert film "Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour" starting Oct. 13.

Shares of Chinese auto makers Xpeng Inc. $(XPEV)$, NIO Inc. $(NIO)$ and Li Auto Inc. $(LI)$ rose more than 1% each on Monday after the trio delivered a combined 66,831 vehicles in the past month, a year-over-year gain of 116%, and the second-best such month ever.

Stock decliners:

SmileDirectClub Inc. shares $(SDC)$ plummeted 63% in premarket trading after the teeth-straightening company voluntarily filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection after founders committed to help recapitalize the company that went public four years ago.
