Amazon on Thursday said it disagreed with Britain's Ofcom regulator, which earlier asked the country's antitrust authority to investigate the UK cloud market.
"We disagree with Ofcom’s findings and believe they are based on a fundamental misconception of how the IT sector functions," an Amazon Web Services (AWS) spokesperson said in a statement.
The spokesperson said AWS would work constructively with the antitrust regulator.
