Arista Networks Names Chantelle Breithaupt as Finance Chief

Arista Networks has named Chantelle Breithaupt, the former chief financial officer of Aspen Technology, as the next CFO of the cloud-networking solutions company.

The appointment will take effect in February, Arista said.

Before serving as CFO of industrial-software firm Aspen Technology, Breithaupt held senior finance roles at Cisco and with various units of General Electric.

Arista Networks also said Andy Bechtolsheim will step down from the board and as an executive officer to become the chief architect of Arista Networks. Founder and Chief Technology Officer Ken Duda will join the board. The company also named Hugh Holbrook as chief development officer.
