** Sale marks first step in WOA's strategic expansion into Europe - co

** Says WOA Germany will continue to work to convert its pipeline into sales

** More than 344,200 shares change hands, compared with the 30-day average volume of 138,240 shares

** Stock down 23.7% YTD, as of last close
