Other investment vehicles among the top 10 focused on areas like uranium mining, home construction, and the country of Argentina. The list is ranked by SA's Quant Ratings system, which grades ETFs on various quantitative measures, such as momentum, dividends, expenses, liquidity and risk. The ratings run on a scale from one to five, with anything above a four representing a Buy. The crypto funds secured multiple spots on the list largely because of hefty momentum. For instance, the top-rated fund, Fidelity Crypto Industry and Digital Payments ETF (FDIG), has more than doubled so far in 2023, with an advance of nearly 45% in the past month. However, these funds do have some red flags in terms of risk. Digging into the grades for FDIG, the fund receives an A+ for momentum and a B- for expenses. That said, the ETF receives an F for risk.
