Arisz Acquisition Again Delays Merger Deadline to Jan. 22

Arisz Acquisition is further extending the deadline to complete a business combination with Finfront Holding.

The special purpose acquisition company on Tuesday said that the deadline has been delayed to Jan. 22, 2024, from Dec. 22, 2023.

The company has already extended the deadline eight times. It can still delay it for another month.
