Vast Renewable Shares to Debut on Nasdaq Following SPAC Combination

Blank-check company Nabors Energy Transition and Vast Renewables said Monday they completed their previously announced business combination, and shares of the combined company are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq on Dec. 19.

The combined company's shares are expected to trade under the symbol VSTE.

Vast, which was founded in Australia in 2009, said it specializes in concentrated solar thermal power energy systems.

Nabors Energy Transition is an affiliate of Nabors Industries.
