WeTrade Group has begun a search for a new chief executive following the resignation of Hechun Wei, according to a U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filing.
The software-as-a-service company on Wednesday said that Wei tendered his resignation as CEO on Dec. 28, but that the decision didn't come as a result of a disagreement with corporative operations, procedures or policies.
The company will keep operating under the management of the board until it identifies a replacement for Wei.
