Analyst George Kelly pointed to BODY's $165M of cost reductions and seller commission changes, which are expected to drive up to 1000 basis points of savings. Growth is also expected to return for Beachbody (BODY). \"While rightsizing the cost structure and strengthening the balance sheet are the top priorities, management is also putting in place several medium/long-term growth initiatives, including new wellness partnerships and a more omni-channel approach for the nutrition business,\" noted Kelly. In terms of valuation, BODY was highlighted to be trading at only 3.5x FY24 EBITDA despite a much improved liquidity profile. Roth MKM set a price target of $15 on BODY to rep more than 40% upside potential.
