Sources said Sydney-based Tchou is due to start at Greenhill in May.She is well-known in infrastructure circles, having worked on VicRoads’ $7.9 billion partial privitisation in 2022 and the sharemarket float of PEXA for $3.3 billion in 2021. She spent nearly 13 years at Morgan Stanley, finishing up as an executive director, and previously worked in Macquarie’s maritime and ports group.Sources said Tchou would be a managing director at Greenhill, reporting to country head Roger Feletto. She is expected to bring her relationships with government clients as well as pension funds to her new employer.Greenhill’s Australian outpost advised OZ Minerals on its $9.6 billion sale to BHP and Liontown on an eventually unsuccessful $6.6 billion bid from lithium giant Albemarle.
