Beyond, which bought Bed Bath & Beyond's intellectual property last year, is shaking up its leadership and has named two new chief executives, each leading one of its brands.

Chandra Holt, the former CEO of Conn's HomePlus, has been named CEO of Bed Bath & Beyond. Dave Nielsen, who has been with Overstock since 2009, was named CEO of Overstock.

After buying the assets of Bed Bath & Beyond out of bankruptcy, Overstock rebranded the parent company as Beyond.

The company also said Chief Financial Officer Adrianne Lee has added chief administrative officer to her role.

The changes are taking place under Marcus Lemonis, who became chairman in December. Lemonis last week was elevated to executive chairman. He also serves as CEO and chairman of RV retailer Camping World Holdings.

"Beyond is in the midst of a great transformation that required changes to the executive team structure in support of our strategic objectives to drive shareholder value," Lemonis said.
