0451 GMT - LG Innotek could post weak 1H earnings, with revenue and operating profit expected to fall 7% and 25% on year, respectively, Daiwa Capital analyst S.K. Kim says in a research note. Sluggish seasonal demand for smartphones and likely weak iPhone sales in China could weigh on the South Korea-based Apple supplier in 1H, Kim notes. But he expects that additional upgrades on cameras for new iPhone models could drive the company's earnings later in 2H. Daiwa cuts the stock's target by 24% to KRW280,000 and keeps its buy rating. Shares are 0.1% lower at KRW195,000. (kwanwoo.jun@wsj.com)
