** Australia-listed stock declines as much as 6.3% to A$5.51

** Yancoal Australia, backed by Yankuang Energy ,

posts a 49% Y/Y fall in 2023 net income; revenue down 26% Y/Y

** Yankuang's Shanghai shares fall 2.3% and Hong Kong-listed stock down 2%

** Hang Seng Composite Index tracking energy stocks slips 0.03%, Hang Seng Composite Index eases 0.6%, and Hang Seng Index down 0.7%

** Yancoal Hong Kong stock rose 11.5% YTD, Australia shares up 15.2% YTD
