Shares of Carmell climbed on Monday after the company said it completed the product development of its gold limited edition exclusive skincare product for commercial launch.
The shares rose 8.6% to $2.22 at 11:30 a.m. ET. The stock has, however, dropped 42% since the year started.
The bio-aesthetics company said the skincare product is expected to be launched in March.
Carmell's skincare portfolio includes 10 products. The company is developing a men's skincare line and a topical haircare line of products.
