BUZZ-Australia's Arizona Lithium rises on agreement with US firm

** Shares of Arizona Lithium rise as much as 12.5% to A$0.027, their biggest intraday gain since March 1

** Lithium explorer says it has signed a binding Mining Services Agreement for Big Sandy with Navajo Transitional Energy Company (NTEC), a unit of American firm Navajo Nation

** Under the agreement, NTEC will be responsible for managing the permitting requirements, additional exploration drilling, mine design, environmental assessments, and development, among others for the Big Sandy Lithium Project in Arizona

** Stock down ~23% YTD
