FuboTV and Mid-Atlantic Sports Network disclosed a carriage agreement that will expand streaming coverage of the Baltimore Orioles and Washington Nationals to the sports-focused live-TV streaming platform.

New York-based Fubo said the network will be available to subscribers across a seven-state region ahead of the start of Major League Baseball's latest season, which takes place on March 28.

"We look forward to expanding baseball coverage across the mid-Atlantic region," Todd Mathers, senior vice president, content strategy and acquisition at Fubo said.

Fubo's agreement comes in the weeks since a sports-streaming venture between Disney's ESPN, Fox and Warner Bros. Discovery was announced. Fubo sued the three companies behind the new streaming service scheduled to launch in the fall, alleging they wouldn't let Fubo carry a small bundle of sports-focused channels that they are now looking to include in the new service.
