Treasury announces sale of BTP Short and BTPei bonds, with relative amounts to be auctioned on March 22.

COMPANIES

STELLANTIS

The automaker said on Monday it had increased its holding in

US aircraft company Archer Aviation , buying 8.3 million shares through open market purchases.

LOTTOMATICA

The Italian gaming group said on Monday that its majority shareholder Gamma Intermediate had begun selling 7.9% of Lottomatica's share capital via an accelerated book building process.

LAZIO

Lazio have appointed Igor Tudor as manager following the resignation of Maurizio Sarri, the Serie A club said on Monday.

Milan Stock Exchange starts "Euronext STAR Conference 2024" in Milan; ends on March 21.
