Oblong is actively seeking inorganic growth opportunities through strategic partnerships or acquisitions.
The collaboration solutions company also aims to grow organically by expanding its market presence, CEO Peter Holst says.
Holst said strategic alternatives include a possible business combination, reverse merger or outright sale of the company.
"Specifically, we are interested in early-stage technology companies creating transformative approaches to leveraging technology for the betterment of human life," the chief executive said.
