1106 ET - BofA Securities' takeaways after meeting with an executive from HP include that print has a $185 billion total addressable market, while the computer and printer maker is seeing good subscriber growth in its instant ink and instant paper plans. HP is foregoing some share in the very low-end home inkjet market given low margins and competitive pricing from Japanese competitors given the weaker yen. HP last month rolled out a subscription service for printers, part of a long-term goal to offer its full portfolio on a subscription basis. The analysts maintain their buy rating and price objective of $32. (denny.jacob@wsj.com; @pennedbyden)
