Port of Baltimore Accepts First Cargo Since Bridge Collapse -- Market Talk

Dow Jones03-28

1533 ET - Logistics park Tradepoint Atlantic accepts a car carrier, marking the first cargo to enter the Port of Baltimore since the Tuesday collapse of the Francis Scott Key Bridge. The Wolfsburg, a regularly scheduled roll-on/roll-off vessel for car maker Volkswagen, arrived at the logistics park, which sits south of the bridge. Tradepoint Atlantic, with tenants including Amazon, FedEx and Under Armour, says its site and global logistics center have resumed full operations and that it is communicating with shipping companies and plans to accept additional vessel traffic and related cargo. The main port in the harbor remains closed following the bridge collapse. (liz.young@wsj.com)
