Captivision said it has named executive Gary Garrabrant as chief executive and chairman of the board, based in the U.S. and replacing founder Ho Joon Lee.
The South-Korea based manufacturer of media glass on Monday said that Lee will remain on the board of directors, leading the company's innovation as chief technology officer.
The company's latest executive changes come about three months after it appointed Ryan Littman as its commercial chief, based in Los Angeles.
"We expect our management team presence in the U.S. to expand in line with new business opportunities," said Garrabrant, who had been serving as the company's executive chairman.
Anthony Page continues as Captivision's finance chief.
