Greenidge Generation Holdings said it would delay the release of its fourth-quarter results because it needs additional time to complete audit procedures.
The Dresden, N.Y.-based cryptocurrency miner said on Wednesday it would report results for the fourth quarter and full-year on April 9 instead of March 27, as it had previously planned.
The company said the additional time needed to complete it annual audit procedures and file its annual report was to reflect changes to its accounting policies.
Greenidge expects its results to meet or exceed its pre-reported preliminary fourth-quarter results, which were disclosed Feb. 1.
