Shares in Donald Trump's social-media company are down about 10% to kick off another day of volatile trading. Rumble also tumbled 9% and Phunware slipped 4%.
The business, Trump Media & Technology Group, is the parent of the former president's social-media platform, Truth Social, and trades under the ticker DJT after merging with a shell company.
On Monday, updated regulatory documents showed that a lock-up for Trump and other insiders for six months following Trump Media's debut as a listed company is still in place.
Traders are watching to see if the company's Trump-friendly board might grant him a waiver to borrow against the stock or sell before the lock-up expires.
