Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust Likely Resuming Acquisitions -- Market Talk

Dow Jones04-01

0239 GMT - Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust is likely resuming acquisitions, UOB Kay Hian analyst Jonathan Koh says. The REIT recently agreed with sponsor Frasers Property to acquire interests in four logistics properties in Germany. These have a long-weighted average lease expiry of 6.1 years and benefit from rent escalation with CPI-linked indexation, the analyst says in a research report. More acquisitions by the REIT could be coming, given that the sponsor has a large pipeline of logistics properties in Australia and Europe, the analyst adds. The brokerage maintains the units' buy rating, but trims the target price to S$1.52 from S$1.65 after lowering its FY 2024 DPU forecast by 9% to reflect factors including higher debt-cost assumption.
