* WILL NOT OPPOSE REVISED COCHLEAR, OTICON TRANSACTION

* CONSIDERS IT UNLIKELY THAT OTICON MEDICAL WOULD HAVE BECOME A STRONGER COMPETITOR IN SUPPLY OF COCHLEAR IMPLANTS IN FORESEEABLE FUTURE

* SATISFIED THAT ITS COMPETITION CONCERNS WITH RESPECT TO BONE CONDUCTION SOLUTIONS ARE ADDRESSED
