rise as much as 1.9% to A$9.725, their highest since Mid-August 2018

** Co to acquire Virya Energy's Yanco Delta Wind Farm in New South Wales with upfront payment of A$125 million ($81.63 million) and an additional variable payment of up to A$175 million

** Shares mark their biggest intraday pct gain since Feb. 22

** Stock up 12.6% this year, as of last close, vs a 2.9% increase in the benchmark S&P/ASX 200 index

($1 = 1.5314 Australian dollars)
