BUZZ-US energy sector falls as crude prices dip on easing Middle East supply concerns

** S&P 500 Energy Sector down 0.93%, as crude prices drop

** Brent crude down 0.3% at $89.83/bbl and US West Texas Intermediate crude falls 0.2% to $85.23/bbl as Middle East supply concerns ease while U.S. interest rate cut expectations dampened by stronger-than-expected U.S. retail sales

** Oil majors Chevron and Exxon Mobil both down ~0.6% each

** APA Corp , Occidental Petroleum , Halliburton and Baker Hughes fall between 1.3%-2.2%, among top pct losers on the energy index
