Dow Jones04-16

0954 ET - Under Armour says Tchernavia Rocker, its chief people and administrative officer, is leaving on June 1 for personal reasons. Under Armour discloses Rocker's pending departure in an SEC filing but doesn't say who's replacing the executive, who joined the sportswear company in 2019 from Harley Davidson and has been in her current post since June 2020. The move comes shortly after Under Armour founder Kevin Plank returned as CEO following the exit of Stephanie Linnartz. Rocker's fiscal 2023 compensation reached $2.38 million, according to SEC filings. (colin.kellaher@wsj.com)
