** Stock down 21% at A$0.2250 as of 0400 GMT on Tuesday

** PLL's Nasdaq-listed shares ended 15.9% higher on Monday

** PLL received permit to develop one of the largest U.S. sources of lithium

** Including Tuesday moves, PLL's Australian shares have lost 47.7% so far this year
