BUZZ-Volvo shares dip after Geely sold stake at discount

** Shares in Swedish truck maker Volvo fall 5% after its second biggest shareholder Geely sold part of its holding on Thursday

** Geely divested 2.5% of its holding at a 2% discount which is pressuring Volvo share today, Handelsbanken analyst Hampus Engellau says

** Geely Sweden Industry Investment AB sold on Thursday 49.5 million class B shares in Volvo for about SEK 14 billion ($1.28 billion)

** According to ownership information on the truck maker's website, prior to the sale Geely Holding held 88.5 million class A shares and 49.5 million class B shares in Volvo

** The stock is among worst performers on STOXX 600 index

($1 = 10.9685 Swedish crowns)
