Smartsheet to Buyback $150M Shares

Smartsheet said on Friday its board approved the purchase of up to $150 million of the company's outstanding Class A common stock.

The new program has no minimum purchase commitment and may extend for about 12 months, the company said.

The company has a market cap of $5.14 billion, 137.42 million shares outstanding and a public float of 131.68 million shares.

Smartsheet designs and develops cloud-based platforms for work management.
