Bourse operator HKEX to develop new derivatives platform

April 18 (Reuters) - Bourse operator Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Ltd said on Thursday it will begin developing an in-house derivatives platform that will offer 24 hours trading and new products as it aims to bolster its standing as a financial hub.
