Casino operator Star's Gold Coast's first female CEO to step down

April 18 (Reuters) - Australia's Star Entertainment Group said on Thursday that Jessica Mellor, CEO of its Star Gold Coast casino in Queensland, will step down from her role on May 24.

Mellor, Star Gold Coast's youngest and first female CEO, joined in October 2023, and leaves at a time when the casino operator's top brass has already exited and as it also faces a second inquiry into its Sydney operations.
