** The oil and gas explorer cuts its CY2024 production outlook to 10.5 millions to 12.5 millions of barrels of oil equivalent (MMboe) from 11.2 to 13.5 MMboe, due to a production downgrade in Who Dat oil and gas field in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico

** Co reports a quarterly sales revenue of $196.6 mln, down 6% sequentially from the previous quarter

** Shares hit lowest since March 27

** Stock has risen 9.4% this year, as of last close
