** Stock on course for the second session of decline; sixth biggest pct loser in Hang Seng Index

** Shanghai stock drop 4% to 17.08 yuan, lowest since April 9

** Mineral shipments from a Congolese copper and cobalt operation majority-owned by Zijin Mining were returned due to overly high radiation levels, the Congolese mines minister said in a letter seen by Reuters on Monday

** Zijin did not immediately respond to emailed questions. The letter did not make clear what was in the shipments

** Hang Seng Composite Index rises 1.4% and Hang Seng Index adds 1.5%

** Hong Kong-listed stock jumped 31.8% YTD, Shanghai shares up 39% YTD
