Shell, TotalEnergies in Talks to Buy Stakes in Large Adnoc LNG Project, Bloomberg Reports

--Shell, TotalEnergies and others are in talks to buy stakes in United Arab Emirates national oil company Adnoc's next liquefied natural gas export project, Bloomberg reports.

--A final investment decision on the Ruwais project--which has the capacity to export 9.6 million metric tons of LNG yearly--could happen as soon as next month, Bloomberg reports citing unnamed sources.

--Shell declined to comment, while TotalEnergies and Adnoc didn't immediately respond when contacted by Dow Jones Newswires.
