Woodside chair says unlikely climate transition action plan will be passed by shareholders

SYDNEY, April 24 (Reuters) - Woodside chair Richard Goyder said on Wednesday it was unlikely the company's climate transition action plan will be supported by a majority of shareholders at a vote to be held at its annual general meeting.
