** Shares of Visa rise 0.66% to $274.12 on Tues ahead of the release of its quarterly result after the close of markets

** Analysts are expecting Visa to report adj EPS of $2.44, up 16.6% from $2.09 a year ago and rev of $8.63 bln, up 8% from $7.99 bln a year ago, according to LSEG data

** V's EPS and rev has met or exceeded analyst expectations every time in the last 8 quarters

** Median PT among the 39 analysts that cover V is $305.15, and their avg rating is "buy" with a breakdown of recommendations are 32 "strong buy" or "buy," 7 "hold" and no "sell" or "strong sell", according to LSEG data

** Wall Street analysts will be eyeing the impact of V's antitrust settlement that caps credit card fees for retailers, which was reached alongside Mastercard

** V is up 5% YTD vs a ~9% rise in the S&P 500 Financial sector and a ~2% rise in the Dow Jones Industrial Average
