Renewable energy company iSun said Chairman Jeff Peck was named chief executive officer, effective immediately.

He succeeds Robert Zulkoski, who was named as CEO in March. Peck, who previously served as CEO, operated in a strategic advisory and operational role while Zulkoski was CEO, according to the company.

The company also named Rob Vanderbeek its interim chief financial officer. He is a partner at Novo Advisors, and has led several companies through restructuring and sales processes, iSun said.
