Westpac flags hit to half-year profit due to notable items

April 23 (Reuters) - Westpac Banking Corp said on Tuesday its reported net profit after tax for the first half of fiscal 2024 will be reduced by A$164 million ($105.73 million) after the inclusion of notable items related to unrealised fair value gains and losses on its economic hedges.
