** Q1 revenue up 29% to $3.73 billion, beating analysts' expectations of a rise of 28% to $3.69 billion - LSEG

** Excluding items, RCL reports adjusted EPS of $1.77 per share vs. estimates of $1.33 per share - LSEG

** Shares of peers Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings and Carnival also up about 1% premarket

** RCL up ~5% so far this year, as of last close
