Wilmington Sells APM For EUR26 Mln

Wilmington said that it has sold its French healthcare business, APM, to Philia Medical Editions for 26 million euros ($27.9 million) in cash, reflecting its active portfolio management strategy.

The U.K. data and training-services provider said Friday that the proceeds of the sale will be used for general corporate purposes.

For the year ended June 30, 2023, APM had gross assets of EUR9.6 million and reported a pretax profit of EUR2.3 million.
