April 25 (Reuters) - A consortium of Hong Kong's CK Infrastructure , CK Asset Holdings , and Power Assets Holdings will acquire a Northern Ireland gas distribution network operator, Phoenix Energy, a filing by Power Assets on Wednesday showed.
