Results from Coca-Cola $(KO)$, Eli Lilly $(LLY)$, McDonalds $(MCD)$ and PayPal (PYPL) are due this morning.

Amazon.com $(AMZN)$, Starbucks $(SBUX)$ and Advanced Micro Devices $(AMD)$ are scheduled to report this afternoon.

HSBC (UK: HSBA, HSBC): Shares of the London-based bank rose after posting profit that came above Wall Street's estimates. It also said its chief executive was stepping down.

Goldman Sachs $(GS)$: The bank is in talks to unload its General Motors $(GM)$ credit-card program to Barclays, The Wall Street Journal reported. Such a move would be a big step in Goldman's retreat from consumer lending.

Paramount Global (PARA): The entertainment company is parting ways with its CEO and handing the reins to a committee of executives. The news comes in the middle of merger discussions with Skydance Media. Paramount's shares declined in off-hours trading.

Glencore (UK: GLEN): The Switzerland-based commodities giant backed its guidance on full-year production, but said its copper output declined. Shares crept lower in European trading.

Stellantis (IT:STLAM, STLA): The owner of Jeep, Dodge and other car brands fell in Milan after reporting revenue that came below analysts' forecasts.

Tesla $(TSLA)$: The EV stock fell in premarket trading, having jumped 15% on Monday after Elon Musk won approval from China for Tesla's advanced driver-assistance service.

Samsung Electronics (KR: 005930): The South Korean tech behemoth said its net profit quadrupled last quarter, driven by a rebound in its chip business from AI demand. Its shares were up 1% in Seoul.

LOccitane International (HK:973): Shares of the Luxembourg-based and Hong Kong-listed cosmetics company rallied after its controlling shareholder bid to take the company private. This would value the firm at $6.4 billion.
