April 29 (Reuters) - Algeria's Sonatrach said on Monday it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the American company Hecate Global Renewables Energy (HGR Energy) to examine opportunities of implementing a project for the production of renewable energy in Algeria.
The MOU includes feasibility study for the use of this energy in green hydrogen production projects, Sonatrach said in a statement.
