** Stock set for worst single-day performance in over two months

** WSJ reported late Monday Comcast's NBCUniversal was planning to pay an average of about $2.5 bln a year to broadcast the games

** WBD's TNT network has paid $1.2 bln under its current deal and was unable to reach a new pact with the NBA before an exclusive negotiating window expired last week, report said

** WBD down ~35% YTD
